Short description The town of Kittlitz is located in the Lauenburgische Seen nature park, directly on the Schaalsee UNESCO biosphere reserve. Enjoy the tranquility with a view of the Kittlitzer Hofsee. We invite you to a quiet, relaxed time in our house. Numerous lakes in the area offer a very Scandinavian flair. The house has three bedrooms and a large living and dining area. You can watch cranes, herons and cormorants directly from the living and dining area. The house has a slightly elevated view of the lake due to its hillside location. The nature reserve offers an impressive bird show. There is very little traffic on the village street in front of the house, so you can relax undisturbed for the day. You live on an area of around 130 square meters, which is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 45 square meters of living/dining area, all of which are on the ground floor .

conditions Inclusive:

sheets, electricity, water, heating, parking, WiFi, Dryer and washing machine use. A baby (0-1 year) stays for free but must be registered. Exclusive: firewood, sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) or baby bed on request. Miscellaneous: No pets allowed. Deposit required. Any surcharges and seasonal periods are taken into account in the total price. From 2023 we will offer laundry packages. We will charge 15 euros per person for each laundry package (bed linen and towels). Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, we will no longer be able to offer this service included. We decided to do this so we can keep the price for the bookings. You can also bring your own bed linen. This means that each guest can decide whether they want to pay these costs additionally.
